FG will reward small business owners with houses, cars, and cash during MSME Week
The Federal Government of Nigeria has launched a new initiative for 2024 MSME Week to recognize and reward entrepreneurs who have achieved extraordinary success in their companies.
During the 2024 MSMEs Week celebrations, notable entrepreneurs will be awarded homes, vehicles, and cash prizes, according to Temitola Adekunle-Johnson, Senior Special Assistant on Job Creation and MSMEs.

To provide companies with a venue to present their goods, obtain financing, and advance in vital areas including capital, infrastructure, technology, talent development, and market access, the federal government established a national MSME clinic.
Registration with important regulatory organizations, such as the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, the Corporate Affairs Commission, and the Standard Organization of Nigeria, is a crucial need for eligibility for the selection and rewards.
Promoting small businesses
This effort aims to celebrate and promote the accomplishments of small companies across the country on the occasion of the United Nations World MSMEs Day in 2024.
An annual highlight is the MSMEs award ceremony, which honors the accomplishments of indigenous MSMEs and the business and state government support that fosters the expansion of small firms.
Small firms will get significant incentives, such as financial subsidies, sports utility vehicles, and residences.
Applications in several languages can be easily accessed through the MSMEs application portal, which will be open from May 1 to May 30. The program will highlight the inventiveness and contributions made by MSMEs in Nigeria as it closes out National MSME Week.
Vice-President Kashim Shettima will be present at the FCT MSMEs clinic on June 25 at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
