Cascador Accelerator Program 2024: The program specifics and the opening of applications for 2024 have been released by Cascador, a groundbreaking accelerator program that assists mid-stage African entrepreneurs in growing their firms and honing their leadership abilities.

The opening of the 2024 application season is accompanied by a fresh batch of participant endorsements and positive company updates.

Now in its sixth year, Cascador has generated over $55 million in financing from previous fellows by effectively assisting dozens of entrepreneurs and their businesses through a special combination of coaching, pitch training, education, and one-on-one support.

For the first time, each participating entrepreneur chosen into the cohort will receive a USD 5,000 professional development stipend from Cascadedor in 2024.

Successful American and Nigerian businesses provide training and long-term mentoring as a crucial part of the distinctive Cascador model.

The dynamic network of instructors, mentors, and alumni of Cascador enhances the African business community and improves participant outcomes as the organization grows and trains new cohorts of entrepreneurs.

Interested candidates can watch the following YouTube video, which summarizes the 2023 cohort: Watch Now.

As a 2022 Cascador fellow and founder and CEO of Soilless Farm Lab, farmer Samson Ogbole discussed the significance of his experience, saying, “Cascador was a path to self-discovery, vision alignment, and market-driven problem-solving.”

Sharing raw ideas with Cascador’s mentors, thought leaders and facilitators was incredibly beneficial to me. I was able to use their industry network and experience to fit my business model to the demands of the market.

Olumide Gbadebo, the founder and CEO of Adunni Organics, a natural skincare brand with headquarters in Nigeria, said, “The Cascador Program was an epiphany for me.” I looked at my company from a very fresh angle, and as a result, in the months after Cascador, our course has essentially transformed. Your distinct personality and professional obstacles are taken into consideration, and mentors and instructors are on hand to provide assistance and direction. This results in consequences that are precisely customized to meet your requirements. My greatest choice for 2022 was to take part in Cascador.

Farmer Samson Ogbole commented, “With Cascador you get to be part of a family – in every sense of the word,” about the entrepreneurial path.

There was no sense of rivalry among the Cascades, and the atmosphere was welcoming and open. The instructors and fellows at Cascador are always available to you if you seek out them, and they will support you every step of the way.

Femi Bewaji, the CEO of Fembol Group and a 2023 participant, discloses that,

“I feel like you shouldn’t think about it, you should see this as an opportunity to come and learn and scale your business,” Femi says in her recommendation for other entrepreneurs to apply.

You can truly expand, see the network, and sense the impact on your business right now.
