N-Power New Announcement: Federal Government Promise About Stipends Payment Read more

N-Power: FG Releases Hopeful Statement Regarding Stipend Payment

The Npower Batch C recipients have received a fresh notification from the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS).

NASIMS recognized that payments have not yet been approved, but it pledged that if they were, they would begin right away.

The NASIMS platform serves as the central management hub for Social Investment Programmes (SIPs), which include the well-known N-Power program.

Stipend Payment: Abuja, FCT – On Monday, June 19, the Nigerian federal government announced through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) that payments to batch C beneficiaries had not yet been approved.

The statement from NASIMS, which was shared on its official Facebook page, is as follows:

“Npower Batch C Beneficiaries,

“Payments have not yet been authorized. Payment will begin right away after it has been accepted. I’m grateful.

On the N-Power scheme The N-Power program, which was established in 2016, is intended for unemployed graduates who are hired by the government and given a monthly salary of N30,000.

According to an article on The Sun Newspapers, the program was designed to solve the problem of teenage unemployment and contribute to societal development.

The immediate previous minister of humanitarian affairs, disaster management, and social development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, had announced that 500,000 candidates will be accepted at the launching off of Batch C of the N-Power program in Abuja, according to This Day.

Graduates who applied and were accepted were hired in the N-teach, N-health, N-agro, and N-build categories when it first launched in June 2016. They have a two-year contract.

Later, with nothing left to fall back on, the recipients would be pushed back out onto the streets.

We are currently at batch C of the N-Power scheme. Although the batch C Stream I beneficiaries have left, their Stream II counterparts are still working.

N-Power: FG makes official confirmation of backlog payments, sends important message to beneficiaries.

Prior to this, Legit.ng reported that on May 24, the federal government officially confirmed that all eligible N-Power beneficiaries had outstanding payments through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS).

Payment of backlogs is ongoing and being done step-by-step, according to NASIMS.
