JOB TITLE: Administrative Officer

CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level 4 – Because of the potential for situations where staff could have unsupervised access to vulnerable children and young people, all positions in the overseas context are regarded as level 3 positions. This is because the duties of the position may require the post holder to regularly interact with children or young people.

ROLE PURPOSE: The assignment’s goal is to give Save the Children International’s staff and teams responsible for humanitarian response expert administrative support. The administrative support systems for the humanitarian program, including general administration, facilities management, travel, store management, maintenance, and the development of policies and procedures, will be coordinated by this position. In order to ensure that the response program’s local, international workers and tourists receive the proper support, the responder will coordinate with the other departments, Field Offices, and Country Office. He or she will also be expected to coach and/or develop the skills of current employees.
