Some of the Npower program’s beneficiaries who are owed backlog payments are starting to wonder if they will get paid before the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Sadiya Umar Farouq leaves office with nine days left before President Buhari’s administration, the program’s creator, hands power to the new administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
