The National Population Commission (NPC) has set a deadline of March 31 for the NPC enumerators who have applied to take part in the upcoming census exercise to begin their training.
This was disclosed in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Ilorin by the State Director of the NPC, Alhaji Sa’eed Yusuf.
NPC Enumerators:- Prior to the start of the training, messages will be sent to everyone who applied to take part in the census exercise, according to Yusuf. The training will last for seven days.
But he added that it might be necessary to call on applicants who aren’t yet convinced they’ll take part in the exercise.
The director announced that the center managers’ training, which had started on March 14, had been completed and that he would verify that all training facilities met the requirement.

“We’re prepared for the exercise already. We are prepared for the training in each of the 16 local governments as well as other upcoming activities leading up to the actual census, the man declared.
In order to ensure a thorough and effective census exercise, the director made a plea for greater material and financial support. (NAN).
