Job Summary:

Help clients make wise decisions, get the most out of their finances, and make their money work for them.

Be the go-to source for clients seeking guidance regarding their accounts. Along with meeting your client’s financial needs, a significant portion of your daily work would involve speaking with them on the phone or in person.

After 24 hours of maturity, follow up on the processing of the rollover of investments and delivery of investment letters to consumers.

In charge of creating new accounts and following up on unfinished business.

Every morning, provide an update and follow up on returned checks.

Respond to consumer requests to process drafts, gather cash, pay in checks, handle transactions, etc.

Every day, update the system with new accounts and deposits.

In charge of providing and preserving client files and information.

In charge of daily recording of FX transactions, deposits, and new accounts.

Assure appropriate registration custodianship for the unit.

Provide the Branch Leader with daily or periodic reports on marketing initiatives, as well as any additional reports that management may occasionally request. You can also approach prospective clients who are in the pipeline and need of senior support.

Monitor and guarantee timely recovery of past-due accounts under your supervision.

Take part in all Branch Leader marketing plans and strategy development initiatives aimed at growing the Branch’s market share and penetration.

Make sure you respond to internal correspondence—that is, memoranda and emails coming from the Bank—as soon as possible.

By providing on-the-job coaching, internal training and development, and account management support, you can assist junior members of the marketing and non-marketing personnel.

Make sure you have a positive work attitude, get along well with your boss and coworkers, and most importantly, you need to have impeccable integrity and character.

Perform any other tasks that the supervisor may occasionally assign you.

Qualifications & Conditions:

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree from an approved institution with a minimum of Upper Credit for HND holders or Second-Class Lower Division for HND holders. Holders of Third-Class or Lower Credit are required to hold a master’s degree.

Experience: Two years or more of full-time work experience in banking

Location: Port Harcourt, Yenagoa, Warri, Sapele, Benin, Uyo, Calabar, and Ikom.
