The Renewed Hope Cities And The Federal Government of Nigeria’s Estate Programme is a development plan designed to alleviate housing shortages. The FCT and all 36 States are included in the program.
The goal of the pilot initiative is to construct 100,000 finished homes around the nation, which will be marketed to low- and middle-class consumers through mortgages, outright purchases, and rent-to-own subscription windows.
Who Is This Program’s Beneficiary? This program is intended for Nigerians living in Nigeria or living abroad, especially those from low- and middle-class backgrounds who are unable to afford housing, such as commercial drivers, traders, craftsmen, civil servants, and others.
How Does It Work?
1. Sign up: You must first register to be eligible to purchase something completely or obtain a mortgage.
2. Find Property: To identify homes that fit your criteria (location, developer, price, kind, etc.), use the search option.
3. Select Property: To learn more about a property, click on it. Examine the specifications, description, and pictures of the property.
4. Choose Payment Method: Choose whether to apply for a mortgage or buy the house outright.
5. Make Payment: Pay the necessary amount into the account that is provided for you on your portal.
Who May Apply? Adults who are at least eighteen years old, who contribute to the National Housing Fund, have a verified source of income, and who agree to the terms and conditions of sale, which include completing online applications, are eligible.
What Kind of Document Is Needed to Register Online? All you need to register online is a legitimate form of identification, such as a driver’s license, voter card, NIN printout, or valid international passport.
