The Minister claims that there are no costs associated with the Presidential conditional grant, making it free. The only recognized government grant and loan source is https://fedgrantandloan.gov.ng

Grant payments are still being made; as of this week, 150,000 of the 1 million intended payments had been made. We value your patience as we process your funds if you have been validated.
