Allowance Categories and Base Pay for NPC Adhoc Employees
npc enumerators salary | npc facilitator salary | npc supervisor salary- The National Population Commission (NPC) has laid out the compensation plan for its ad hoc employees who will assist with the 2023 Population and Housing Census. The compensation is split into two categories: primary salary and allowances.
NPC Allowances:
The NPC ad hoc employees would be compensated in three ways, according to Ms. Evelyn Arinola Olanipekun, Director of the Census Department:
Feeding Allowance (a): N2,000 per day multiplied by 13 days for Specialized Workforce (SWF) (3 days of SWF and 10 days of state training). States that did not observe the first three days are exempt nonetheless. Total: N26,000 (b) State Facilitators: N2,000 per individual, each day, multiplied by 10 days. $20k in total
Transport Allowance: N20,000 per person
Training Allowance: (a) Trainer: N15,000 per day multiplied by 13 SWFs and 10 state facilitators (b) Trainee: N10,000 per day multiplied by 13 SWFs and 10 state facilitators (state facilitator)
For all categories, payment will be made twice as follows:
Feeding and transportation: N46,000 (SWF); N40,000 (state facilitators).
Trainers (SWF) are paid N195,000; trainees (trainees) are paid N130,000; and state trainers (facilitators) are paid N150,000.
Other groups like enumerators and supervisors would also be eligible for the above allowances, but with a smaller number of training days and a smaller payment. The overall compensation for specialized labor, facilitators, enumerators, supervisors, and other census workers typically ranges from N50,000 to N100,000.

Primary Salary
After the census exercise is over, the NPC ad hoc workers will get their main income. Depending on the position, the typical basic or main remuneration for each census functionary ranges from N50,000 to N250,000.

For the 2023 Population and Housing Census, the NPC adhoc workers will get the following compensation:
N150,000 to N300,000 for facilitators
N140,001 to N280,000 for a field coordinator
Assistants/Rovers in Quality Assurance: between N130,000 and N280,000
$130,000 to $230,000 for a supervisor
Counting range: N100,000–N220,000
Officer of Monitoring and Evaluation: 150,000 to 300,000 Naira
