BREAKING: NNPC site crashes for this reason minutes after announcing job vacancies for Nigerians

Shortly after posting employment openings for young Nigerians, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited website crashed. Through its numerous social media platforms, the NNPCL posted job openings for young Nigerians in the early hours of Friday.

The announcement that pointed candidates to the NNPC website said, “WE ARE HIRING! Do you have a strong desire to advance in NNPC Limited and have an exciting career?

But shortly after the announcement, there was a sporadic issue with the website that prevented anyone from accessing it. Social media users left a lot of comments about the issue.

According To NNPC

“Due to unprecedented traffic to the NNPC Ltd. career page from applicants applying for vacancies, the site is currently experiencing slow load times.”

“Our technicians are working diligently to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.”

“Please be assured that the application process deadline remains August 20, 2024.”
