The beneficiaries of the Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme (PCGS) are being counted and onboarded nationwide by the Bank of Industry (BOI). In light of the aforementioned, BOI has begun texting qualified PCGS Beneficiaries to collect physical data. You can watch the video below 👇
The Bank is effectively registering and counting beneficiaries across the country by utilizing its strong IT infrastructure. It is recommended that invited PCGS beneficiaries heed the request for physical capture.
You must abide by the request if you have previously received your grant payment without going through physical capturing and are then nominated and asked for physical capturing.
Beneficiaries who have been invited are asked to report to the Local Government Area (LGA) office at the address listed in the invitation mail. To guarantee the validity and integrity of the grant payout procedure, this step is essential.
Each receiver of the PCGS award receives N50,000.00 (fifty thousand naira), to reach one million nanobusinesses across the 774 local government areas.
The target beneficiaries are divided as follows: 15% go to other demographics, 10% go to individuals with disabilities, 5% are old persons, and 70% are women and young people.
