Date of the DSSC Course 28 2024 Selection Screening Announced by the Nigerian Army
Nigerian Army Shortlist 86 : The Nigerian Army (NA) has announced the names of the selected candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 28/2024 Selection Board screening exercise at Headquarters 2 Division Nigerian Army, Ibadan, Oyo State on March 11, 2024. This comes after the announcement of the course a few weeks ago.
The management states that candidates must bring the following items to the Selection Board location on March 11, 2024, starting at 8 a.m.
a. Writing supplies, such as an eraser and ruler.
b. Three (3) sets of short-sleeved, plain white vests.
c. Three sets of shorts in the color navy blue. d. White socks and canvas sneakers or trainers.
e. Toiletries.
f. A set of dinnerware, such as plates and cups for drinks. f. Bedding, such as pillows, blankets, and bedspreads, among other items. h. Four(4) full-size colored reproductions of a person wearing a suit and standing.
Nigerian Army Shortlist 86 Extra Guidelines:
1. The Choice All candidates will participate in an oral interview in addition to academic, medical, and physical testing during the exercise.
2. The following documents, both original and duplicate copies, must be provided by candidates:
a. A file packet containing all academic and professional certifications, testimonials, the NYSC discharge, and any applicable valid exemption certificates.
b. An ordination certificate (Protestant Roman Catholic) for candidates seeking chaplaincy.
b. For applicants pursuing the Directorate of Legal Services, the Certificate of Call to Bar.
d. A legitimate birth certificate attested to by the hospital, Local Government Council, and the National Population Commission, or a legitimate age declaration.
e. A legitimate state of origin certificate.
f. Military Identity Card (exclusively for active duty members).
g. A letter of recommendation from commanders or commanding officers (exclusively for military personnel).
h. A letter of sponsorship for postsecondary education (exclusively for military personnel).
i. A printed Bank Verification Number (BVN) certificate that has been verified by a bank and a NIN enrollment ship.
j. Printed copies of completed forms, including referee forms, from the DSSC portal. 5. Candidates should be aware that any changes they make to their documentation will make it invalid.
3. During the Selection Board, candidates will be fed and housed.
4. The cost of transportation to and from the Selection Board shall be borne by the candidates.
5. Throughout the Selection Board, candidates are not permitted to utilize their own or personal automobiles.
6. No one will be permitted to visit the Selection Board in its entirety.
7. Candidates who made the short list for the DSSC 28/2024 should report to the Nigerian Army’s Headquarters, 2 Division, in Ibadan. Oyo State on March 11, 2024, between 8 and 11 a.m.
8. On March 11, 2024, candidates who arrive after 11 a.m. will be disqualified.
9. All candidates must adhere to a strict code of discipline. During the Selection Board, candidates who disobey any instructions will be eliminated.
