Renewed Hope CCT Program Embargo is Lifted by President Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu did not particularly address N-Power or the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) in his first anniversary speech. But by removing the prohibition on the Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program.

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation announced a few days ago that the Federal Government has started Orientation Training for NASSSP-SU in partnership with the World Bank, NSIPA, and other organizations.

It is noteworthy that the NSIP encompasses N-Power, CCT, the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Program (GEEP), and the Home Grown School Feeding Program.

The approval of CCT represents a step in the right direction toward helping individuals in need, even though these initiatives are still on hold.
