The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Abuja wishes to invite experienced, competent, and interested Property Managers, who are registered with the Commission for an Expression of Interest in the management of the listed asset in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) which you can download below.
Eligibility/Requirements:
Interested companies should submit the following eligibility documents:
1. Evidence of company’s Registration documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Names of Directors/ Beneficial Owners
2. Evidence of other statutory Firm’s registration with relevant professional Body(ies)
3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate as of 30 June 2024, will be an added advantage
4. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate
5. Evidence of the Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid as of 30″ June 2024
6. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, will be an added advantage
7. Evidence of the current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate, will be an added advantage
Registration Of New Asset Managers And Auctioneers:
This advertisement is only for interested Property Managers who are registered with the Commission. However, in line with the provision of Section 4 (a) of POCA 2022, eligible and interested Asset Managers and Auctioneers, who are interested in registering with the Commission are free to do so.

Submission Of Expression Of Interest And Closing Date:
a. All interested applicants should address their EOI/Applications to the Hon. Chairman, ICPC, Plot 802, Constitution Avenue, Central Area Abuja, and attention Director, Proceeds of Crime Department (POCD), stating clearly that the application is for management of the advertised property.
b. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/firm’s Letter Head Paper.
c. All applicants are expected to submit their ROI/Applications not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of this advertisement.
