Grant News: Another Govt Launched 50K Monthly Grant for Empowerment

To support small and medium-sized businesses in Kano, Kano State Executive Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf revealed that he would be giving 5200 women N50,000 a month till he leaves office. Details about this update, which the governor posted on Twitter, are listed below!

The Governor Composed: In our effort to support Kano State’s small and medium-sized businesses, I had the pleasure of introducing a monthly empowerment program that gives 5,200 women in the state N50,000 per.

Until the end of my term, N260 million in cash would be distributed monthly to each of the 45 Local Government areas in the state, which comprised groups of 5,200 women.

Under the Community Re-orientation Committee (CRC)–run initiative, 200 women from each of the eight metropolitan Local Governments and 100 women from each of the 36 rural LGAs will receive assistance.

Notably, this support is also meant as an expression of appreciation to our female citizens for their unwavering dedication and support throughout the 20923 elections. – AKY
