Introducing the Federal Ministry of Communication, and Digital Economy National Girls in ICT Competition, a project aimed at changing Nigeria’s ICT environment by giving secondary school girls a stage on which to demonstrate their abilities, inventiveness, and originality in a range of ICT-related fields.
The Federal Ministry of Communication, Innovation, and Digital Economy launched this competition to equip women to take on leadership roles in the rapidly evolving ICT industry. The goal is to close the gender gap in the field and provide females the same chances to engage and succeed.

Are you a young girl who loves innovation and technology? This is your opportunity to demonstrate your abilities, let your imagination run wild, and have a big impact on the ICT industry.

Create a Team: With the help of your professors, create a team and register.
Solve a Problem: Determine a local issue and create a technologically based remedy.
Training Programs: To improve your technical skills, take part in a 5-day training session spanning multiple states.
Regional contests: To go to the national stage, present your answer at regional contests.
Virtual Pitching: Suggest your creative idea to a panel of knowledgeable judges in a virtual pitching competition.
Acknowledgment and Benefits: Acquire diplomas, awards, and chances for additional training and growth.
