Betta Edu Warns Nigerians about these websites offering palliative care 2023/2024
Betta Edu Warns Nigerians: The proliferation of phony internet platforms for the delivery of palliative care across the nation has alarmed the federal administration.
This was revealed in a message released on Monday via the X handle of Doris Uzoka-Anite, the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Investment.
The Minister claims that certain unofficial internet portals charge users for palliative distribution while claiming affiliations with the Presidential Palliative Programs.
She pleaded with Nigerians to disregard these platforms, pointing out that the government-endorsed site is the only one that has been validated for the palliative project.
“I have observed that unapproved sites purport to be affiliated with the Presidential Palliative Programs. For genuine updates and applications, Nigerians are urged to use only the official website, http://fedgrantandloan.gov.ng, by me, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, Honorable Minister for Industry, Trade, and Investment.

“Keep your data safe. Steer clear of unapproved networks. Use only the official website to get accurate information about these important projects.
Moreover, never hire someone to handle application processing. It costs nothing,” she said.
Remember that as part of his presidential palliative loan program, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu announced in July that N125 billion in finance will be made available to Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs).
The government announced that N75 billion would be made available to manufacturers and N75 billion to Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in a variety of industries.
